I think that teenagers nowadays wear diferents kinds of clothes and accessories. Each teenager has your own style, and most of them prefer wearing comfortable clothes.
Nowadays all the teenagers lovo to wear brand clothes, like Ecko Unltd, Lacoste and Nike. Most people sais that to be ''normal'' needs to wear brand clothes, but i don't think that.
Teenagers dress according to their tribes, they want to feel good and beautiful, even if it brings bad results. The most of the times, teenagers transforms and copy the way that their friends act and dress, because teenagers are very influencied creature and they are learning how the life is.
I agree with you, João Vitor. Many teenagers nowadays just wear brand clothes. However, most of them don't buy all these expensive clothes here in Brazil. I think they spend their money in the U.S.A., buying brand clothes for a cheaper price. The fashion exhibition is common here in Brazil because people compete for everything.
It's difficult always wearing fashion clothes because fashion often changes. Nowadays, clothes can be considered disposable. I read in a magazine that there are clothes that are made to be used only 3 or 4 times.

JP is not correct for two reasons, first, the clothes are not the most important thing to teenagers, some like games, some like food. And the second reason is that Plus1 16h WONT WINN, BECAUSE THE WINNER GROUP IS PLUS1 18:15!!!

I don't buy clothes just to buy. I prefer saving my money to buy something that I really want or need. Many teenagers spend their money on clothes and more clothes on impulse. Many times, most of them will never be used. Clothes are necessary, but they aren't the most important thing in the world.

Some teenagers wear the clothes that their parents buy for them, and I think that it's wrong, because the teenagers feel better and more comfortable with the clothes they choose!

Teens use this more to your style, what makes you most comfortable. My definition is HOT to use something in your style is what it is and NOT wear something that is NOT is your choice, just to say what is in fashion.
Nowadays, everything is hot. People don't know what they really want or like. They just buy and buy a little more. Teenagers also copy what their friends say that's beautiful, modern or expensive...
Teenagers nowadays go out very often and they think they can't repeat their clothes. So they spend a lot of money on clothes. There isn't anything wrong in use the same clothes more than once.
I think not repeating clothes is very stupid. I agree with Bia; I can't see the problem with wearing the same clothes twice or whatever. It's even more fun: you got to mix different "old" clothes in order to make a new look. Oh, and it's not that everybody dresses the same; it's just that we don't live in a big city. It's hard to find alternative stores, and if you do, your friends will too. And then they'll think it's cool. And it'll become a stupid trend.
That's it, Victoria. Making new looks is very interesting: at the same time, you can look different with the same clothes and don't spend a lot of money. Teenagers have to look for ways to save their money...
